For USA, UK, and Selected Countries:
We work hard to meet our delivery estimates every single time. If your package arrives after the projected timeframe, reach out to us directly at hello@Quovak.com. As an apology for the delay, we will credit you $1 cashback along with a $5 discount voucher toward your next order.
In extremely rare situations (under 0.01% of shipments) where unexpected global logistics disruptions cause transit to pass 60 days, we issue an immediate full refund. If the shipment eventually arrives at your address later on, keep it as a complimentary gift on us!
For the Rest of the World:
For regions outside our Selected Countries list, local carrier routing occasionally takes between 35 and 45 days. Every shipment includes full tracking from dispatch to delivery. If your package takes longer than 100 days, we will promptly issue a full refund or send a fresh replacement package via an alternative carrier, whichever you prefer. If your original order arrives after your 100-day refund is completed, it remains completely yours at no charge.

Fulfillment & Processing
Prompt dispatch ensures swift arrival. Our fulfillment team prepares, inspects, and packages all orders within 1 to 3 business days. The moment your parcel is handed over to the courier, an automatic dispatch confirmation containing your live tracking code will be sent to your email.
Taxes & Import Duties
We take care of applicable import duties and customs fees on your behalf. What you pay at checkout is all you ever pay—no unexpected clearance invoices or surprise courier fees when your package arrives.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We want you to be completely satisfied with every arrival. If an item arrives damaged, flawed, or different from what you ordered, please refer to our official Refund Policy to arrange an immediate replacement or refund.
Customs Identification Requirements
Quovak delivers internationally, but select national border agencies require personal or tax identification numbers before clearing parcels into the country. If your shipping address is in one of the regions below, please enter your required ID code in the Notes / Instructions field at checkout.
Required Identification by Destination:
- Brazil: CPF (Individual) or CNPJ (Business).
- Italy: Codice Fiscale (Fiscal Code).
- Spain: NIF (Número de Identificación Fiscal).
- China: National Resident Identity Number.
- Russia: Passport Number or Tax Identification Number (INN).
- South Korea: Personal Customs Clearance Code (PCCC).
- Turkey: T.C. Kimlik No. (Turkish Identification Number).
- India: Carrier-mandated Tax ID or government-issued Personal ID.
Please Note: Local customs authorities verify this identification number against the recipient's legal name. Missing or mismatched information can lead to customs holding or returning the parcel.
